If you want your Naked Spend account and the personal data tied to it removed, send us an email and we'll process your request.
What to do
- Email [email protected] from the same email address you use to sign in to Naked Spend (so we can confirm the request is yours).
- Use a subject line such as Data deletion request or Delete my account, and say clearly that you want your account and data deleted.
- We may reply to confirm your identity or clarify which workspace or data you want removed if anything is unclear.
What happens next
We will acknowledge your message when we can and work to complete deletion within a reasonable time. Some information may be retained where the law requires it (for example minimal billing or security records), but we will only keep what is necessary and only for as long as required.
